South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Driver asked me to get down from Bus due to luggage

I had 3 luggage with me because of which Driver said he can't board us and forced me my wife and my 2 year old kid to get down from bus.

Why do we have bus if we can't carry our luggage.
This happened in Santargachi and bus was vacant.
