South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Driver didn't stop the bus at stoppage. | |||
WB 39A 3579, Asansol to Karunamoyee. I boarded the bus from burdwan, told the conductor that I will get down from the bus at Dankuni housing bus stop. Driver suddenly changed the route and took a left turn towards delhi road. I told him that I am suffering from ligament injury and would be unable to walk, he absolutely didn't listen to me and carried on, I told him to stop at delhi road dankuni junction and still he didn't listen and stopped the bus near maity para. Is this the SBSTC provide harassment to their passengers?? Was this information helpful? | |||
