I am a daily passenger in sbstc from durgapur to Burdwan in the morning and back to durgapur by last bus at night. But yesterday Mr SISIR SAHA EMP ID 0101329 started screaming at me when I said I will go to trunk road sbstc depot in the same bus as it was 10.30pm and I would not get any other bus . He charged me rs 10 as LUGGAGE charge for going to trunk road depot though I was not having any luggage with me . Was this information helpful? | |||
