Respected Sir, An online ticket has been taken in SBSTC bus from Durgapur bus stand to Purulia. Scheduled departure time was at 12:40 PM, Ticket no: TS3B55502250. The bus route was Kolkata to Purulia (Bagmundi). Ticket was for my old sister and seat number was 18. I was waiting in Durgapur bus stand since 12:20 pm .As the time passed, I asked many times to the person available at the SBSTC counter, but he did not give any update about the bus. Around 1:30 pm I found one SBSTC bus going sideways. I rushed to the bus and was immediately asked to stop. I found it was the same bus. When I asked why are you surpassing the bus stand he simply abused me and blamed me for taking online tickets through the SBSTC app. He was reacting in such a way that I committed a crime for taking an online ticket. I request you to take action against that conductor and warn the staff who are involved in this situation including that person who was available in the SBSTC counter who harassed an old lady for not giving proper information about the status of the bus. Driver and staff to be given strict instructions to follow the proper route of the bus . If at all changing the route they should inform the passengers.
