South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — i am complain about punctuality of bus driver and other staff

On[protected] i am boarding from asansol to kolkata in 4.50 sbstc bus my ticket no is l[protected] i am booked it through online.. I am noticed that the bus pickup passenger from road side anywhere and drop it anywhere without any preffer stopage like a local bus. So please look into this matter because every passenger have a valuable time. But the bus is running like a local bus. And not running it on its time.
