South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Intentionally delayed by driver and conductor by stopping in unauthorised stoppages for personal gains

I a REGULAR passenger of of the SBSTC, During the travell On dated 19.01.2023 from BANKUTA to city centre bus no WB39B2065 (BAGHMUNDI TO DHARMATALA)
On the above said date the driver and conductor of the bus intentionally stop the bus in unauthorised stoppages. And disrupted the smooth service of SBSTC, for their personal gains. Even if the conductor fails to show the fair list from those unauthorized stop to destination. And collect the money from the passengers without giving them tickets.
It is my humble request to the authority to stop this kind of situation further by taking necessary steps.
