South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — money deducted from account without ticket booking

On[protected] i visited the http://online.sbstcbooking.co.in/default.aspx website i have not booked a single ticket but the money was deducted.
A sms from the bank came that money has been deducted from my account but i saw that no tickets were booked.
Hence i request a refund of rs135 as soon as possible. This is a bad way to cut down the money of the customers. So please refund my money.
