On 3/5/18 at 13:38 try to book 3 seats from dubrajpur to kolkata (Suri-kolkatata, 14:00) for 4/5/18 but money deducted rs/- 435.00 but no ticket issued. Again try to book 3 seats at 16:25 on same bus, same date, again balance deducted 435.00 but no ticket issued. I have faith on your booking system, so pl. Refund money as early as possible.
