South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Money deducted from bank account but ticket not booked

I have booked a ticket from Medinipur to Karunomoyee on 27.02.2021 for my journey on 28.02.2021.I booked seat no. 29 in the bus (departure time from media 6:30 am). An amount of Rs. 118.00 has been deducted from my bank account but ticket has not been generated. Please look up to this matter and please inform from where I can get the ticket as soon possible. Proof of my deducted money attached with the mail.
