South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Money deducted from bank but ticket not booked with an error popup

On 29.07.2023 I booked a SBSTC bus NON AC ticket from BURDWAN to KARUNAMOYEE from sbsctc Android App, Seat no- 13 and made online payment for bus ticket of Rs.100/- through my State Bank Debit card and payment done successfully. I have recieved successful transaction email and the amount is debited from my account. But ticket was not booked.
So what should I do now? Please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.
