South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Money deducted without ticket

On 24th July while purchasing tickets from KARUNAMOYEE to Bankura for two persons, costing Rs 370(350+20), money deducted four times, total Rs 1480(370×4).
But on 31st July only once (Rs 370) money credited in my account, the rest three are due, till now not been credited (Rs1110)
So please look into the matter
