South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — No Covid Protocol of alternate seat booking is followed

Good Morning,

I am on board bus # - ticket # P[protected] [ seat 34] - Korunamoyee to Asansol [5:15 am Korunamoyee] . I have observed no covid protocol being maintained in the bus. My adjacent seat no 35 had no booking initially but had been booked on route. I have reported this to the bus conductor and the flouting passenger, however no steps have been taken. Most of the seats are ( all double seats) occupied with more than 42 passengers.
The passenger beside me has a worn out N95 mask which seems to be used numerous times and is visibly unclean.
I would ask effective to take care of required responsibility so that me or my family or anybody to be in contact with me would remain safe under the covid situations .
