This is to inform you that I am a traveller of Your good passenger transport service. Currently I am travelling with SBSTC BUS having its registration number being WB 39B 3718 from Kolkata-Dharmatala to Durgapur and the bus was scheduled to start its journey from 11:30 am. During the commencement of journey the driver and the conductor used to allow the transgender to fetch money and has taken unauthorised halt falling which overcrowding takes place. So far the national COVID-19 protocol is concerned overcrowding is not allowed. Under such circumstance you are requested to kindly take appropriate steps of the above mentioned registration number.
