South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Refund Bus Ticket Fare

Sir,
I booked a ticket bearing no. R[protected] ( PNR-A7NK85HS) through Make My Trip operator for journey from Purulia to Durgapur but failed to ride as the SBSTC BUS has not moved its wheels on[protected] due to road blockade by Mahato & Kurmi community of Purulia ( Issue- demanding Scheduled Tribe Status). The news regarding road & rail blockade is already aired by media house ( Several Trains & Govt. Buses have been cancelled in Purulia).
Therefore I request you to refund my ticket fare.The Journey details are as follows:
