South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Refund for cancellation of bus

I would like to inform that I have not received my refund for a cancellation of a bus on July 5th at 4.10 pm. I already mail about it to the sbstccontrol mail id, however, no action has been taken yet. I have not received any update since the. Urgent attention on this matter is highly appreciated.
