South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Refund FULL AMOUNT of the ticket during strike in SBSTC

Dear Sir,

Kindly refund FULL AMOUNT ie, Rs 110/- & Rs 104/- to the undersigned
Bank Account as the bus service was not available during strike in
SBSTC, so I have to forcefully cancel both the ticket at the below
mentioned journey date. I have contacted both Haldia & Esplanade
depot for the same but no fruitful reply were given to me.
I will be grateful, if you can kindly refund the FULL AMOUNT to my bank
account.
