South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Refund not initiated after ticket cancellation as per company policy

I had cancelled one ticket on 9:56 AM on 17th September 2021 with Cancellation ID : 244028.But I haven't recieved any refund of 50% of the total fare i.e INR 145 that I was supposed to recieve, as per compazny policies. I have confirmed from my bank and even they said that the refund is not being initiated till date.

I have also tried to reach out on the given helpline numbers of SBSTC and they are not responding.

Please look into the issue as early as possible.
