Sir, On 13th Dec 2020, I've tried to book a ticket from Karunamoyee to Durgapur on 2:30 PM Karunamoyee-Bankura Bus from SBSTC Mobile App. My Money got deducted (Amount=155) but I've not received any confirmation mail or SMS from SBSTC. I've tried to lodge a complaint via telephone but none responded to my call. Here is my Transaction ID: VSBI[protected]IGAKASRKH9 Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
