South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Request for money refund

I tried to book two tickets for Kolkata to Suri bus from online sbstc website. Date of travel 01 April 2022, time for bus: 17:00. Money was deducted but I didn't receive the tickets. No sms, no email. No transaction history in my sbstc account. So, please refund my money.
