Respectfully, I would like to bring into your consideration that on 12/10/2021, I booked BUS ticket from you, from Kolkata (Esplanade) to Durgapur (Resv to : Budbud) through online. The Ticket number for the same is P[protected]. Due to the Bus cancelled (Dept Time :08.00) as informd by you through telephone refund not yet receive. makes me eligible for full refund for the cancelled Bus.
Therefore, I request you to kindly proceed with the refund formalities and kindly refund Rs 260/- as early as possible. Ticket attached for your ready reference.
