South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — rude and rough behavior in kolkata terminus | |||
I bought a ticket (Person# 3) today morning for the route kolkata to midnapore. Issued a ticket at 10:35:56 am for departure time 10:40 am for bus no 7012. Said bus wasn't parked in the designated stand for the route. I repeatedly searched for the bus with my family but we didn't get the bus. When i reported in the counter they said that bus has already left the stand. They demanded for taking me another ticket by paying again for the ticket. While i was aksing them for rescheduling the same ticket, then 4 staffs along with incharge saying me "aukat ki ache". I need immediate action on those staffs and definitely i want to show them my aukat. Was this information helpful? | |||
