I have booked a ticket in SBSTC online from Karunamoyee to burdwan. Bus no-WB39B1050 and seat was allocated to 34 but at the time of journey conductor changed the seat accordingly to him and abuses me. He even gave slang to my father and family. I prefer to take window seat because bus journey feels uncomfortable sometimes. So I requested to the respected authority please look over this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
