South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Taking more than 50% passengers in bus

Dear Sir/mam

i am a regular commutator from karunamoyee to burdwan and vice versa.
In this pandemic, it was stated that only 50% passengers to fill the bus. Also, we arent allowed to book tickets online beyond 50% seats. but it seems that the conductor and driver allows passengers beyond 50% to travel, ppl without tickets.
kindly look into the matter urgently
