South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Ticket not generated but money deducted

Address:Burdwan, West Bengal

I had booked an advance ticket for 3 passengers on 26/10/2016 and amount deducted rs 165 × 3 = 495/- from karunamoyee to asansol for date of journey 31/10/2016, but ticket not generated against the transaction.
Please look in to the matter at the earliest and refund the money on my bank account.
