South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — unexpected delay and no live gps tracking system for the public | |||
Most pathetic sbstc bus service from karunamoyee to burdwan route i have ever seen. Every sat i use to travel by this route and faced a delay of min 2 hrs to 3hrs. I had to wait at sbstc bus point continuously at airport gate no. 1 for 2-3 hrs every weekend. The buses have gps tracking system however this is not open to public and because of that we are suffering. Sbstc does not have enough backup buses so that they can provide it to public in case of delay. Sbstc do not bother about public's time. They ran the service as per their views. Hence i request you open the live gps tracking system for the public and accomodate backup busses in case of any delay with and immediate effect. Was this information helpful? | |||
