South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Unhappy and unsatisfied by the service of the bus , started at 8.10 am from Asansol bus stand.

I got on the the bus which started at 8.10 am from Asansol bus stand as Asansol malda route via Illambazar, my destination was 11 mile stopage, ticket fare Rs 80/- . But at Durgapur Muchipara stopage I along with other passengers were forced to get off from the bus as the codutor told us the bus would not go Illambazar, it would rather go via Joydev which was not the route. In this way we were forcefully get off from the bus in that extreme hot and humid weather condition. It gave us lot of trouble and also killed lot of time to reach our destination.
