South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Without any information Bus Service is stopped from Jhargram to Kolkata Time 07.30 AM

Dear Sir,
Every time without giving any information bus is stopped due to no diesel & driver available in bus so they cant send the bus to Kolkata in Time 07.30 AM. Around 50 Person are daily up & down in this Bus. Ticket Checker Mr.Dilip Mallick is harassing everyday to the passengers and abusing wrong words with passenger and telling to them that bus is totally in his hand he is the owner of SBSTC Jhargram Depot.
Kindly take necessary action against Mr.Dilip Mallick .We are facing issues from last 3 days.
