South Indian Bank [Sib] — Amount wrongly deducted from account | |||||
I am A Radhakrishnan is having SB account no [protected] in SIB East fort branch.On 8 May 2017 while trying to retrieve the forgotten pass word of Sib rewards I gave the no of my ATM card as they required.and it has been observed that an amount of Rs 200 has been deducted from my account 2 times total Rs 400.I had not purchased anything or I redeemed any point. I approached the branch and they did not even give any proper response and I doubts they have put any effort to solve the issue. This is the customer care we are getting. Please look in to the matter and get the amount credited to my account. Similar mistakes happens in BSNL also and they reverse the amount immediately Was this information helpful? | |||||
