South Indian Bank [Sib] — atm debited amount however cash was not dispensed. poor customer service.

I went to an atm to withdraw money on the 15th of jan 2018. The amount was rs.2500. The money did not come out however i was charged for the amount. Called up your customer care team and they said it will automatically be credited within 4 hours. I just checked my statement today, and the amount was not credited. Customer care team is not helpful at all and insist that i have to come to the bank. No reason was given. Other banks immediately have facilities to resolve the issue on the call.
