I have sended 100000 to a person for axis bank today morning its was debited from my account but the amount didnt went to that person still there is no information we got from bank side no other message we recived

    I got education loan of 130000 from South Indian Bank and I also repaid it fully. but the Bank is not closing my Loan account and not providing NOC. The manager from SIB(Odayakulam branch) told that the bank didn't receive the subsidy from the government yet so they won't close the account until the subsidy amount from govt is received. Also the bank manager is asking me to pay the subsidy amount Rs. 20000 and above by myself to close this loan account. Also, the bank is charging the interest amount every month. Bank has deducted my savings account balance. Now it is in minus balance. Also charging for not maintaining balance.

          I order a product from amazon but they give me damage product so i cancelled the product but they didn't send refund then i talk with customer service they said me that i initiated refund reference number and you give this reference number to your bank then they help you to get your money. But i didn't get refund when i talk with bank customer care service. They didn't help me.

            cash handling charges in saving account

            Address: Sachdeva Tower, Sector-8 Rohini Delhi

            Bank charges cash handling charges without information and not mention / tag on cash counters if i deposit rs.200000/- then bank debit rs206/- from my account. While other schedule bank i. E indian overseas bank, oriental bank of commerce and state bank of india not charged such type of cash handling charges in saving account. I met the concerned staff and manager of the bank but they have no satisfy reply.

            I ordered for a footwear from amazon and received it on november 16 due to some issues the product was returned and i had given my account details for initiating refund and i got a mail from amazon stating that the refund has been initiated but still it is not refunded into my account.               An amount of ₹ 53.96 &138.16 have deducted from my account no.[protected] on 23.10 16. I have not much transactions in the account. I have the right to know the reason for charging such an amount or refund the amount which is wrongly debited. The total amount comes to ₹ 192.12 in same day. Please do the needful.

                Dear sir/madam,
                This is to inform that my account no - [protected] & my credit card no - [protected]. I have paid my credit card bill on my due date. But still i am facing on credit card bill like as on dated on[protected] financial charge (495+89), another[protected] financial charge (926+166+6+2) afterwards another on[protected] deferred financial charge as amount (476+85+15).
                So, i just want to know that which type of bill is charged for me for every month.
                And why are you charge this amount to me???

                I have attached the screen shot of my credit card bill..

                Plz resolve this issue as soon as possible

                We had tranferred an amount of Rs. 8000 from my wife's south indian bank( mannanam, kottyam) branch on[protected] to her mothers account ( ഐഡിബി bank ) in kerala... Now the problem is, money is not credited in the destination account still... dont know what happened and what to do..

                        Dear sirs, after lodging my complaint of debiting my s/b account no……… with an amount of rs 4112.26, i got a phone call from mobile no. [protected] introducing himself as an authorized representative working in the complaint cell of south indian bank, demanding to send my atm card details including its cvv number (3 digit number) and the otp (One time password) which is going to receive in my mobile number, in order for him to remit the above cash in my account. When its known to everyone and there’s an rbi instruction not to disclose or inform card details or cvv and otp, i’m worried about the credibility on this call. Please inform me by return message (Email or telephone call) as to what’s going on and what further action you want me to take in order for me to get my money back.

                          Dear sir, with deep regret, i have to bring your kind attention as well as wish to lodge a complaint that my attempt to transfer an amount of rs 4112.26 to kerala water authority has been failed with an error status code: 0300, however to my great surprise, the said amount has been debited from my account.                           While click on login with Sib mirror app, getting something went wrong. I did update. Even reinstalled app shows the same.
                          I am from Kerala.I am trying to withdraw 1000rs from my account the atm shows cash debited from my account and I got message but but I didn't get my cash.what can I do.please refund .

                            I am from Kerala, I have made transaction through Google pay but it has not yet completed processing by partner bank. My account is debted with Rs.500 But upi transaction id is not available. I can't move for raise dispute option until I get bank statement.
                            I have made complaint frequently still my problem is not yet received. What should I do?

                                I’ve deposited 2500₹ in my account. It is an student account. But you have deducted 1050₹ something for not maintaining balance amount. Last year also like this happened but your bank deducted only 300₹ something for not maintaining balance. But now you have deducted above 1000₹ for not maintaining balance itseems. See some other banks are not doing like this. Your bank did deducted an huge amount. I’m complaining about this to get refund of my deposited amount. And also I’ve attached the screen shot of my balance. That shows 1054₹ balance but available balance is 0.75₹. Please solve this problem.

                                  The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.
