Still no information from the branch even though approched to them at several times. Let me know the status. If need more time to open account please call me [protected].

    I have an account in your good bank at gandhidham branch holding account number [protected] account holder name jeetendra ashok kumar raisinghani from 10/02/2015,

    Last year dated 30/11/2017 debited rs.199/- with narration suraksha kavach insurance, without any intimation to me bank has directly debited my account with rs.199/- and there was another debit rs.199/- dated 29/11/2018, without asking/intimation me please do not start any of insurance,

    When i visit the bank ask for its refund there was not proper response by banker,

      Kindly stretch gold loan timing, for pledging of gold it is taking more than 45 minutes or more than that for every customer and customer waits and at last he goes back to home with out pledging and he never turns back tomorrow and employees are also not bothered about it. At last bank is losing revenue overall so please take care of it and increase the timings...

        Money is debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary till now.

          online money transaction failed

          I have use the sib mirror application for imps fund transfer the transaction failed but the cash deduct from my account and still now the fund is not refunded i called the customer care they said wait 24 hrs. Or register a complaint the transaction is also failed but the amount. Is deducted from my account please refund the failed transaction amount...

          I tried to purchase a 800 rs valued product and the bank took the 800rs but then it shows payment failed. It happened in[protected]. Please refund my 800rs to my account as soon as possible... This is not the first case... It happens all the time... But now it is more money.. Please refund my money to my account.. My friend is also having this same problem.. So please... Ok... Thankyou.

            I made an online transaction, details mentioned above to SHEIN online shopping. The transaction amount got deducted from my account (A/C No: [protected]), and the order was not placed. I had to approve another transaction one minute later in order for my order to get placed. In normal, circumstances, amount gets refunded. This time it did not get refunded. Try contacting the customer service multiple times. No response. There is not phone number as well.

              I tried to withdrew money from south indian bank atm machine using federalbank atm card and it showed error first, then i reoeated two times, and i got tenthousand rupees in each, but the account shows 30000 ruoees deducted. Complained to federal bank, they replied that the south indian bank rejected your complaint as the transaction was successful, it cannot take morethan 20000 from atm otherthan that bank, then how they say i have witbdrew 30000, i lost money 10000 rupees, federal bank says they are helpless, what i want to do next, do i move legally to recover the amount, and it is not refunded or anything happened, its now morethan twentydays, i was waiting for a reply from federal bank, my bank. They told to wait and now they told it is rejected, what a irresponsible service?? From kerala

                Dear sir,

                I am a savings account holder in your bank's pookunnam branch, bearing account number [protected] on 13/11/2018 at 9.16 am, i was trying to withdraw money of rs. 10000/- from indian bank's atm at near by tirunnalveli bus stand, having atm card no. [protected]. No cash came out of the atm after going through all necessary options.

                However, immediately i received a sms regarding the debit/deduction of amount from my account. I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed back to my account, but no sms was received. I even took out a mini statement from the atm for my account, wherein i again checked about the transaction. Clearly, the debit of amount was only reflecting but there was no reversal

                Therefore, i kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back the amount of rs. 10000/- to my account at the earliest.

                I am waiting till 9 days now.. Your service is very good. So i want to please credit the amount of rs:10000 immediately

                  refund not received

                  I ordered a product on amazon and paid through my debit card but i cancelled it before it was dispatched. Amazon sent me a message saying that my refund has been initiated. It's been a week now and it still hasn't been reflected in my bank account.

                  This is the message that i received :
                  Refund of rs 590.00 issued on 12-nov-18, will reflect in your bank by 16-nov-18 for pvt. Banks and 22-nov-18 for govt. Banks: ref# 304760...

                  On 10/102018 rs 1500 has depited from my account to ac:[protected] as description upirev[protected] without my permission. Bank reply that this is due to double transaction on 4/10/2018 through mobile banking. I also claim complain through online sib request service. Bank staff said it will claim within 2week. Still i didn't recover my money. When i will recover my money?

                      I used my debit card to book a ticket from cleartrip.Com. And the payment has benn done, and the amount has been deducted from my account. But i didnt get my ticket, so i call the cleartrip and complained. They said that they didnt recieve the payment thats why the ticket was not ready. They said that there is some problem with the gateway. Kindly look into this matter. I have to get my ticket in maximum two day

This creates a huge amount of inconvenience as we are unable to check balance or transfer information.                         Hi sir,

                        One month back i tried to apply for a credit card from sbi bank employee outside my office. He told first to check credit score for which he took my pan card no and at that time as my credit score is zero i was not issued the card.
                        The date of this was 16 august 2018.

                        But now yesterday itself i got message from sbi bank that my application for credit card has been rejected even though i not applied for credit card again.

                        Please help me what to do on this and the person might misuse my card in the future for fraudulent activities.

                        I have already mailed a complaint on this to sbi bank and they will revert in next 48 hrs.

                        Do i need to do anything else please guide.

                            I am a sincere account holder at your bank bearing account [protected]. On July 27, 2018, the refund from Amazon India was processed successfully and supposed to reflect my account 1st August 2018. I contacted the bank's customer care many times to understand the reasons for the delay in crediting.
                            Pending transactions details,
                            Rs.399, processed date: 7/26/2018, transaction reference number: 37740135.

                            There is absolutely no doubt that, this delay was happening on the bank side and like to know the reason for it. It is really sad to see the poor service from the customer care about this request. As your valid customer, I request to know the reason for pending my transaction and make the necessary steps to reduce my struggles.
                            I think my request is genuine and hoping to get a valid reply from the South Indian Bank.

                              I tried to purchase a OnePlus Mobile with exchange policy from Amazon on 27th of July 2018 (order number[protected] through Net Banking. An amount of Rs. 31, 136/- was deducted from my account despite a failed order placement. Then I cancelled the order thinking the money will be reverted back to my SIB account. I contacted Amazon which assured my refund in maximum of 4 days only if my bank sends an approval to Amazon. The bank was so irresponsible addressing my issue. Today it is the 14th day and I still didn't get the refund. The money as I could figure out from my bank account is credited to this account given below.

                                Dear sir /madam,

                                I am holder of an sb account with sib kattanam branch. Six months back i have taken a travel card through them. I have been using the travel card while i am abroad and everything went well. However this time i had to travel to a different country, i had use a different currency for the transactions. Therefore i contact the sib kattanam branch and requested for the information to add the particular currency to my card and the staff said they want to check with someone and assured me that they update me on this matter by the end of the day. But no luck came.
                                (Most of the staffs were unaware about the product and its requirements.)

                                Its is very shameful to see a growing bank like sib sells some third party banks travel card and let the customers to suffer for the rest.

                                I wish the concern department should take the necessary action on the subject matter resolve at the earliest possible.
