I didn't receive my money back after a cancelled transaction

phone number

I am sindhu murali from kerala. I would like to change my registered phone number to my current phone number as it does not work anymore. Can i do it online? Or do i have to visit the bank branch where the account was made? We don't live near that bank branch anymore. I have forgotten what number was used at the time of registration since that was a long time back....

complaint against staff

Respected sir/madam
I had a bad experience from sib staffs at karuvatta branch, alappuzha.

The staffs are very disobedient and they don't have customer service or hospitality from none of the staffs.

They used bad words and no more respect to the customers and no self respect too.

I hope you will do an immediate action regarding my complaint.

Didn't cash back in my account

Refund of amount

Delay in reversal of wrong debit

My husband has his salary account in SIB, Ganapathy, Coimbatore branch. On 31/12/16, we made a SIB debit card purchase. Amount Charged Extra and No Response

Refusal to release funds after check clearance
