I make the on line registration for net banking. Then i received an sms as ' dear customer, you have completed the online sib net banking registration. You will receive the user id with in 24hrs." now 24 hrs completed still i didn't received any sms or mail related with this.
I kindly request you to know when i can get may user id for my net banking...

More than 2 weeks over I have filled form for new account in the bank. But 2 weeks are over they have n't given yet the passbook and all other things.

Please, pay attention towards this problem .

I lost my old registered mobile number, thus I need to update my registered mobile number, but I hav no access to any such facility to update my registered mobile number online without having to visit the branch.

    Subject - am your customer [removed] janapriya co applicant in housing loan from [address removed]. You have sanctioned us housing loan through medchal branch.

    After registration the payments we have done has been recorded by your bank. As we had some problem in receiving our salary, we had problem in paying last payment i. E one and a half or two months. But today we have cleared the amount.

    Before we cleared the amount, since 1 week your medchal branch manager danny did harass my wife on phone. He even harassed me on phone. He even came to our flat 2 times and did harassment to our children. He even complained about my whole family to our opposite neighbors and gave his visiting card. He told our neighbors to collect our information.

    My wife [removed] is epilepsy patient and am a patient of breathing problem. Your manager danny has told our neighbors about our family and gave a bad impression about us to them.

    Sir, we are your customers but not of your manager's. Your manager doesn't know how to behave with customers. He misbehaves with the customers. He creates a bad impression around the customer's flat in front of the neighbors.

    Sir, am giving you friendly opinion that if your manager misbehaves with your customers in this way, then your customers will shift to another banks. Sir if you want satisfaction and profit from your customers to your organization then, you dismiss the manager danny immediately.

    Sir, i hope so you can understand the difference between an employee and a customer. The good relationship with your customer the greater customer satisfaction will be and the more customers customers will be joining your bank.

    Sir, your manager danny cant have good relationship with the customers. Sir, i gave you friendly information, if you take immediate action about this matter and dismiss manager danny then it will be good otherwise customers will slowly move to another banks.

    According to my knowledge manager danny is not suitable for that post in that branch and is not suitable to be your employee of such prestigious bank.

    This is just a friendly information, the rest is your wish.

      On 23/08/2017 i did a money transaction of inr 588 in an online website called book my show and the money was debited from my account but later the transaction was cancelled and i contacted them about my cancellation and refund. It's been more than 10 working days and i still didn't get my money back. My transaction id is [protected] and my account number is [protected]
      Ifsc sibl000370. Please take necessary steps so that i get my money back.

Is very bad service my account number [protected] n/a sonu kumar chaudhary.in my account work are ever chaquebook do not you have more than seven days of an account are the bank made add mene phone number will now tell the branch will be speaking to the bank employee the right of ever speak gave so do late show ever less money in passbook is never wrong printed.. I do not want to lose my account.

          I am sindhu murali from kerala. I would like to change my registered phone number to my current phone number as it does not work anymore. Can i do it online? Or do i have to visit the bank branch where the account was made? We don't live near that bank branch anymore. I have forgotten what number was used at the time of registration since that was a long time back.

            Respected sir/madam
            I had a bad experience from sib staffs at karuvatta branch, alappuzha.

            The staffs are very disobedient and they don't have customer service or hospitality from none of the staffs.

            They used bad words and no more respect to the customers and no self respect too.

            I hope you will do an immediate action regarding my complaint.

            Still no comments regarding my complaint... What d ####
            Sir, we are facing the following ill treatment from SIB vadakkenchery for long time . Some of them are as follows
            1) Maintaining untoward attitude towards us being an NBFC .
            2) Refusing to accept RTGS cheques to HO, insisting signed application of the very same person who has signed on cheques resulting in unnecessary parking of huge amounts in our accounts
            3) Unwanted charges towards baseless cheque returns .
            4) Inordinate delay in crediting proceeds of cheques to our bank account, resulting in unwanted dis satisfaction from customers
            5) Willful and unlawful denial of exchange of Small denomination currency and coins
            6) Even for very petty transactions like remittance, BRS etc.. we are forced to put on unnecessary waiting
            7) Even for RTGS transaction, the branch action is badly delayed (transaction date 28.09.2017 is effected only on 03.10.2017)
            8) The staff Mr .ANTONY, he always adopting and adament attitude in denying and delaying our legitimate demands, even if the branch manager approves.
            9) complaint register is not available in the branch, if though demanded
            In the circumstances stated above we will be compelled to close our account with the branch

                  I am A Radhakrishnan is having SB account no [protected] in SIB East fort branch.On 8 May 2017 while trying to retrieve the forgotten pass word of Sib rewards I gave the no of my ATM card as they required.and it has been observed that an amount of Rs 200 has been deducted from my account 2 times total Rs 400.I had not purchased anything or I redeemed any point. I approached the branch and they did not even give any proper response and I doubts they have put any effort to solve the issue. This is the customer care we are getting. Please look in to the matter and get the amount credited to my account. Similar mistakes happens in BSNL also and they reverse the amount immediately

                    I dont want my bank statements to be shown without my permission so please i request you not to show others my bank data or statements whether its my parents also. Please nextime withour my approval dont let my account to be open.It is getting very much problems to me my all information is getting revealed where i dud my transaction and where not which i dont want others to know when this is my card so only thr account holder should know about the statements not the rest people

                      I juz transferred an amount of Rs.650/- to jio money wallet from my sib account on 07.04.17. but transaction was failed and amount was not loaded into jio money wallet, but it was deducted from my sib account. After these 4 days it didn't credited to any of accounts either sib or jio money. So kindly do the needful to refund the same to my sib account. Please take the matter most urgent.                             My husband has his salary account in SIB, Ganapathy, Coimbatore branch. On 31/12/16, we made a SIB debit card purchase. Even though the amount, Rs. 2, 450/- was deducted from my husband's account it was not deposited into the shop's account. The transaction slip was mentioned as 'Transaction Failed'. Compalint filed in bank, but we have not received the amount till date.

                              I have given a wrong 3-d secure password and the card gets blocked .it been a 1 month which i have been submitted the written request.i have gone through bank many times.they told they will be calling me after its get done.till now nothing happend and not enquirey or nothing from your side.i called the customer care they told me its only take 15 min to takeout the block.my card has been blocked for past 1 month till now no actions or responds from south indian bank

                              I had applied for POS machine 15/9/16...now its more than 5 month there is no response from the bank regarding this...contacted my local branch and circle office but they said the delay is due to demonetisation…But I request it 2 months early the problem.

                                Ref : Account No : [protected]. Branch Paravattany. Thrissur.

                                On 29th December 2016 I had a made a transaction for Rs.399/- at Reliance Trends, Shobha mall around 5.00 pm. On swiping the instrument showed payment declined. So I was asked to swipe another card. On reaching home I found that the amount had been deducted from my account through SMS.
                                I have given a letter of representation at Poonkunnam SIB branch. Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. Kindly let me know the status.

                                today I called 10 times to SIB bank thrissur branch but non of my calls were attended. So, irresponsible staff are sitting over. Is this the way to deal with your customer.

R.A.M.S (Current Account & personal account too) i have send my office boy to withdraw 5000/- From My current account [protected] bez my personal account cheque book have been completed and also i have requested for the same earlier. we know that we need to maintain minimum balance but this was emergency. at the same time manager immoderately ask cashier to disclose this accont.
                                  we think this is not professionalism . my openion is that he can directly call me or to my partner Mr.Aromal Chandrasekhar insted of that he insult us (R.A.M.S) and when my partner visit branch managers behavior cross the limit . if you have any problem you can disclose account. due to my partner only we disclose the account from AXIS BANK and open account with SOUTH INDIAN BANK. ( All of your staffs are very helpful and preferential Expect Bank Manager)

                                  Hope you may give your good eyes. and this type of insult never face to any clients

                                    I have noticed that my account was charged RS.130:00 twice for two different debit cards but I have only one card.

                                    Also previously my account was charged twice for two different debit cards and I raised question but no one responded for my message. I want get back my amount that totally debited from my account illicitly.

                                      I am sending here with a complaint agenst your Trikaripur manager named Prajith Mob :[protected] . He is ashamed my mother in a crowed near by my house and also he called my mother in the last night 9 pm and 9.30 pm also. So kindly take to avoid late night call with ladies.
