South Indian Bank [Sib] — complaint against sbi, manager bannerghatta branch - ms. rajani | |||
I have experienced the worst banking service from the branch manager of south indian bank, bannerghatta branch - ms. Rajani. I have an nri account with this branch since 4 years. However, inspite of submitting all requisite documents like adhar card, etc my account was freezed without any prior notice. Being stuck in a helpless situation without cash, i reached out to ms. Rajani through a phone call from mumbai. Not only was she rude and unhelpful; she simply did not empathize with my situation and did not pay any heed to the circumstance i was in. This kind of negative and cold behaviour is unbecoming of a branch manager and certainly puts the banks name at stake. I am very unhappy and upset with the service that i am proceeding to close all my accounts with south indian bank due to the high ended attitude of ms. Rajani. I hope corrective action will be taken against her so that your bank doesn't loose out on more customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
