Sir, we are facing the following ill treatment from SIB vadakkenchery for long time . Some of them are as follows
1) Maintaining untoward attitude towards us being an NBFC .
2) Refusing to accept RTGS cheques to HO, insisting signed application of the very same person who has signed on cheques resulting in unnecessary parking of huge amounts in our accounts
3) Unwanted charges towards baseless cheque returns .
4) Inordinate delay in crediting proceeds of cheques to our bank account, resulting in unwanted dis satisfaction from customers
5) Willful and unlawful denial of exchange of Small denomination currency and coins
6) Even for very petty transactions like remittance, BRS etc.. we are forced to put on unnecessary waiting
7) Even for RTGS transaction, the branch action is badly delayed (transaction date 28.09.2017 is effected only on 03.10.2017)
8) The staff Mr .ANTONY, he always adopting and adament attitude in denying and delaying our legitimate demands, even if the branch manager approves.
9) complaint register is not available in the branch, if though demanded
In the circumstances stated above we will be compelled to close our account with the branch
