South Indian Bank [Sib] — Deduction of balance

Bank debited 1515 Rs from my account for not keeping minimum balance.previously it was max 300 Rs for several months bt now it's 1515 Rs debited.its a cruelty against me.iam a student and I don't have enough money to keep minimum balance.so I kindly request to reverse my amount to my account by taking a small bank charge for continuing my future transactions with this bank.And also I heard one rule of RBI that bank doesn't take charge if account doesn't have minimum balance.So if it is true Iam planning to approach RBI and medias for this cruelty of bank.
