I am Nandeesh and a reporter of a News Paper " Voice of Vishwa", I was working as a teacher that time a loan of Rs. 1, 70, 000 is availed, I did not give any letter after my resignation to the SIB manager to close my account in short time i.e (18 months ). The manager, Binuraj, Sib, Bannimantap, without informing me, took my gratuity amount of Rs, 1, 29, 000 directly from the school and put into loan amount. I paid from my pocket after resignation + Salary deduction from salary till the working days in the school exceeded the loan principle amount of (Rs. 1, 70, 000) and it is totally i have paid Rs.. 1, 93, 593 to the load account and a interest of Rs. 23, 593 in excess is paid in only 18 months. The bank gives a time of 4 years ( i.e 48 Months at the rate of 13% ) to complete the loan. Now the manager is showing a balance of ( ) amount in the loan account in a monthly basis keep on adding. When i visit the bank he escape, telling i know to collect your loan amount from your guarantees, does not pick the phone and when requested to send letter to Head office through him on 16th of March, he told they will put your letter to dustbin. I have lost the hope from SIB manager, bannimantap. PLease accept my letter and waveoff my interest part which is remaining in the loan account and provide me NO due Certificate. Enclosed - 1) my letter to manager ( typed ), 2) Accounts of repayment ( typed) 3) monthly recovery bank statement (from SIB) 4) Interest received and total amount collected ( from SIB ) 5) Rate of interest 13% ( from SIB ) I have enclosed my mob number and email id.
