South Indian Bank [SIB] — imps failed - money not credited back to account

I transferred rs 50, 000 through imps on 5th feb 2019 around 11.30 pm from south indian bank to axis bank

The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

But i have received below sms from south indian bank
“your fund transfer request for rs.50000.0 on[protected] is timed out at beneficiary bank. Imps reference no:[protected]”
“dear customer, your fund transfer request for rs.50000 to beneficiary vikas baraddi on[protected] has been failed. Imps reference no:[protected]”

Called bank’s customer care twice but i didn’t get any help
Mailed twice but i didn’t get any reply from bank
