I make the on line registration for net banking. Then i received an sms as ' dear customer, you have completed the online sib net banking registration. You will receive the user id with in 24hrs." now 24 hrs completed still i didn't received any sms or mail related with this.
I kindly request you to know when i can get may user id for my net banking...

Updated by abdul latheefpk yesterday i submitted my complaint. still i didn't receive the answer.

still i didn't receive my user id . yesterday i submitted my complaint. but still no positive reply

really i am not happy for these attitude ...

please give the correct answer...if you can and if you provide the good customer care service...

More than 2 weeks over I have filled form for new account in the bank. But 2 weeks are over they have n't given yet the passbook and all other things.

Please, pay attention towards this problem .

I lost my old registered mobile number, thus I need to update my registered mobile number, but I hav no access to any such facility to update my registered mobile number online without having to visit the branch.
