South Western Railway — even after reserving, railway did not come out to ensure i use the reserved seat

Ref: pnr [protected]/train 56213/DOJ:15/06/14 coasch no S3, 9; my complaint to no [protected]: authenticating id ref[protected] i had reserved in the above train for travel on 15th june 2014 from mysore to bangalore. The coach was full o[censored]nreserved passengers and seat no 9 allotted to me was also occupied by one of the unreserved passenger. I mentioned to the passenger who was in seat 9 that the same is allotted and hence requested him to vacate. He refused saying he is travelling from the earlier station and was adamant in not vacating.I immediately sent with relevant details an sms to phone no [protected] requesting the dept's intervention or help. I was immediately replied allo tting a ref id which is[protected]. Beyond that nothing had happened from Railways. There was no TTE who is normally supposed to accompany for reserved compartments. Wwhen my request to the passenger went to deaf ears and i also could not get any help for my sms complaint and also no TTE was there to come to my rescue i was forced to travel standing for over three and half hours from mysore to bangalore on this date. what is the use/validity of reservation by me in the light of the situation i had referred. How does Indian Railway guarantee a seat for reservation done to them? Is the complaint reporting system from a moving train is in effective and just in paper? why no TTE was to be seen? i was subjected to heavy stress and inconvenience on account of travelling in that crowded coach standing all the way . I am intending to take up this issue to higher level /or forum to seek justice and fairness to me for which south western railway management is entirely responsible.
