South Western Railway — Unauthorised Rly Staff travelling in 2tier AC coach

Often I see railway staff travelling to their work place enter 2 tier coaches as if they own the railways and other bonfire passengers have to bear with them. The neither have tickets/passes to travel in upper class. The condocter also co-operate with them by turning a blind eye.
