I made a bill payment twice in the month of May 2022. I paid 6970 total against a bill of 3485. But again I see a bill of 2087 is generated in the month of Jun 2022. Can you please do the necessary adjustment. Attaching the screenshot of bill payment history

      I got 23583 bill for an empty house and the bill cycle is 37 days, why are you doing this, for increasing slab rate ? I got an bill amount of 991 on 12/04 and for may 13657 and now 9637, local authority has done fraud and they are telling its previous dues, I cleared previous dues also, I’m getting current bill without using also ., I cleared previous dues of 18500 directly from ae office, please let me know how did I get 13657 previous dues after clearing total dues and how I got current bill of 9637 which says 1144 units for a shed which is not being used

        Amount was paid on 7th June successfully and on 9th June amount got deducted again online with automatic payment method. There was no amount due but payment was done again.

          The meter number in electricity meter and in bill are different, actually present bill amount is 182rs and they added DC and GST charges as 1616rs extra for this month, why they are adding this dc charges. We r not using more power, so please give clarification on this.

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that, I am a tenant staying at my house owner address 8-3-228/1280/59 JAWAHAR NAGAR, S.K. NAGAR is a customer of your Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana, S No/ USC S2017864/[protected] since the last one year.

            Over the last two months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill, about which I would like to tell you that April month meter reading is showing only 8 units and May month bill meter reading is 228 units. Also, there is change in billing amount for the two months mentioned above.

            As far as I’m guessing, it’s not my fault, there’s something wrong with collecting electric meter readings and due to which billed amount is also charged accordingly monthwise.

            Therefore, I request you to please kindly resolve the issue related to billing of excess amount for meter readings. Please do this soon I shall be very thankful to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

                  Last one 20 days we are out of city. I received 4778 Bill only 10 days. I am not using this too much. Please double check. (Every month full month max we use only[protected] with AC and without ac less) Please check something is wrong.

                    Hello Sir

                    I have been a regular consumer of paying the electricity bill on time. Without any proper intimation and also when we are not present at my home they have disconnected the current connection and when we checked it after coming to home during the night we faced severe problem by spending our whole night in dark at our home in severe hot conditions and inconvenience. Also we have tried to contact the incharge of person who disconnected the service. He has shown no assistance nor reconnected the service. Without giving proper notice and intimation they should have contacted us for the payment issues.

                      I b.salamma w/o b.sathi reddy having Agriculture land in survey no 771, chowdaryguda village, ghatkesar mandal, medchal district. Gujja Venkateshwara rao obtained meter service no[protected], in our land showing his document, by that we went to court against gujja Venkateshwara rao and court given injunction to us to enjoy peaceful possession and restrain gujja Venkateshwara rao from the land.
                      Our humble request is that to abide court order and cancel the meter service no[protected] and dispatch the meter from our land.

                        Today (24/05/22) I paid the bill for the month of May for rupees 2, 438. I received a message from my bank that the same amount has been deducted to TSSPDCL, but on the website, it said transaction failed and asked to make another payment. I don't think I should make another payment, so can you either confirm that you have received the payment or update it on the site. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                          This is D. Hanumanth, resident of Surabhi enclave, kowkoor, Alwal, 500010. We have been facing power cut issues (power fluctuations)on regular basis since long time. The transformer and lines near our house seems faulty and need urgent attention. Today, it was on fire literally and local linemen do not bother to address it.
                          This puts our life under risk.

                                    Now today, for the month of May, the bill amount is Rs 7492 which is way beyond my expectations.

                                    In the past two to three years, we have not received such huge amount of bills

                                    It appears that there has been an unexpected increase in the bill, because I know that our electricity consumption is not so high.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        I am getting a very high electricity bill for the last 2 months. It appears that there has been an unexpected increase in the bill amount because I know that our electricity consumption is not so high.

                                        The bill I received for the month of February was 206 and there was an increase in the bill amount in March to INR 535.
                                        The consumption from February to March was increased so I agree with the increase in the bill amount from February to March. But in the month of March and April, my consumption has been the same but still, the bill amount is INR 842 for the month of April which is almost double the amount from March.

                                        So I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and send your person to check if someone is stealing electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please give me the reason why I am getting such an excess bill.
