I have made a payment of Rs 723/- towards the electricity bill for the month of February on 08/02/2022 for consumer ID[protected] through UPI with UPI transaction ID[protected]. The amount was deducted but bill payment is still pending.
Please look into the matter

The working of the following meter is highly doubted since the consumption recorded by it is very high for the actual load and usage pattern.

I GL VARA PRASADA RAO, My service No. 02462501, USC No.[protected]. I was getting wrong bill from july-2021 on words . Pl .verify your data. I am paying ele. bill every month, even though the lineman was cut the power to my portion with out any intimation. His name is Mr. Tirupati. I was given area electricity Dop. but they are not taken any action and not corrected the bill
Pl. take action immediately and also correct my Ele.Bill

Amount got debited twice while applying for new meter connection of 6200/-

I made a payment of Rs1835 on 17th Jan and money got deducted from my account but in the TSSPDCL app it is not reflected

We have recieved the meter connection just a month ago i.e., Jan-2020. But the billing is done for past 1 yr due to which bill was generated including past 1yr amount. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Attached bill for your reference. We have already given complaint the AE at EB Office, Mahabubnagar. But still no response.

In continuation to the trailing mail. Still the issue not resolved. Upon request from the Linemen we have paid Rs.3000 out of Rs.5000 which we are not supposed to pay because we have not consumed that amount o[censored]nits.

Its an complete mistake of your department which provided a used meter to the consumer.

Now the outstanding amount reflecting was Rs.2000. and we are paying the monthly unit charges regularly for which we have consumed.

Request to pls address the issue and remove the Rs2000 from the bill as we have not consumed the units.

My USC NO is[protected]. The bill of December 21 was paid twice on 23.12.21 and 24.12.21
The excess amount wasn’t adjusted in the subsequent bill dated 13.1.22 .

Erratic Billing by TSSPDCL on 02.01.2022:
Please see the latest bill, Billing History, Consumption History and Payment History for Consumer No.[protected]. Its average consumption is around 16 units with bill amount per month is around Rs.50 till November 2021. Meter was struck up in December 2021 and TSSPDCL charged Rs. 101, i.e., almost double. Dear sir,
This pan shop is on footpath he is using illegal light connection, A.E Maam had inspected our area he cought using illegal light connection since past 10 years maam registered a complaint against this pan shop she gave warning to them, but again he took illegal light connection from front building and one shop owner from opp building is giving him light connection nd helping him to use electricity. This pan shop is located at 15-1-91/7 beside Papalal Arcade, old feelkhana, begum bazar, hyd-12.
I kindly request to take action against this.

This is to bring to your kind notice that we started to build 1st floor with the permission of municipal authorities. But the lines are touching the building and obstructing the construction work. the related required copies are readily available with us but no option in this complaint to up load the same.( electricity bill, latest house tax receipt, and construction permission from municipal authorities )
please arrange to advice the concern to inspect the house and electric lines for doing the needful.

Hi,
I recently paid electricity bill of 4700
Even with out using electric gadgets again they charged 2600 for the month of dec

My USC no. Is 09859386 have been billed for an amt. Of Rs.2964 for the month of Sept'2021 on 12.10.2021 without reading the meter since our door was locked. When enquired, it was informed that it will be adjusted in the next month bill and hence payment was done.
In the month of november, meter reading was done and units charged were 267 and an amt. Of rs.1077 was deducted from rs.2964/- ( sept.' 2021 bill amt) and bill was given as rs.(-)1885/-. I was expecting the same will be taken care in the next bill, but to my surprise, bill generated in the month of December 2021 was given as rs.184/- for 72 units without adjusting from the overpaid amt of rs.1885/- and the same was also paid by me along with all my personal bills online.
Hence it is requested to kindly arrange for refunding the overpaid amt. Of rs.1885/- or adjust the amount in the upcoming Bills.
