Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that we started to build 1st floor with the permission of municipal authorities. But the lines are touching the building and obstructing the construction work. the related required copies are readily available with us but no option in this complaint to up load the same.( electricity bill, latest house tax receipt, and construction permission from municipal authorities )
please arrange to advice the concern to inspect the house and electric lines for doing the needful.

      My USC no. Is 09859386 have been billed for an amt. Of Rs.2964 for the month of Sept'2021 on 12.10.2021 without reading the meter since our door was locked. When enquired, it was informed that it will be adjusted in the next month bill and hence payment was done.
      In the month of november, meter reading was done and units charged were 267 and an amt. Of rs.1077 was deducted from rs.2964/- ( sept.' 2021 bill amt) and bill was given as rs.(-)1885/-. I was expecting the same will be taken care in the next bill, but to my surprise, bill generated in the month of December 2021 was given as rs.184/- for 72 units without adjusting from the overpaid amt of rs.1885/- and the same was also paid by me along with all my personal bills online.
      Hence it is requested to kindly arrange for refunding the overpaid amt. Of rs.1885/- or adjust the amount in the upcoming Bills.

        I want to draw your kind attention towards this serious matter in our area a Ro water plant which is running in residential are using theft malpratice electricity meter connection to run water filter and cooling unit, Borewell and many more motors

            If there is no response from current offices, why there is an office and employees unnecessarily...

                I have paid all the bills of TSSPDCL online including the bills for April 2021.
                In the bill that I have received in Dec, 2021, there is an additional line item "Arrears after 01/04/2021" with an amount of 1617.

                I do not have any pending dues. Why am I charged with this amount?

                  I am resident of 11-41, Medchal, Hyderabad.

                  Since months I am getting high electricity bill . The meter reading is wrong or wantedly rising high meter bill, we used to get around rupees 150 but since few months I am getting rupees 500 and more. To my surprise now the bill for last month is above rupees 1000. We use very less . I guess someone manipulating from electicity department. Kindly take strict action agaist wrong doers and make sure the bill is provided genuinely. This is happening regularly. Thanking you.

                  No message or call from telangana southern power distribution. I think they have doing wantedly and I have proof of it. After giving complaint last month and this month electricity bill came with rupees 197. We are using less current everytime but see the difference. Last month for USC NO:[protected]
                  The bill was Rupees 1187 and this Month bill for same USC NO:[protected] is Rupees 197. It's cheating and doing it wantedly. I want to take action against who is manipulating .

                      Greetings, My name is Ganesh Kumar a resident of Sri Durga Residency building, plot 889/890 P (USC :[protected] Mathrusree Nagar, Hyderabad. We fall under Gachibowli ERO.

                      We have received a disconnection notice today from our line man stating that then plot owner (some K Srinivas ) of the plot 889 had taken a connection with USC[protected] around 2014 and did not pay the due amount.

                      The building in plot 889/890P was constructed from around 2016 (USC :[protected] this was taken by then builders 'VR developers' and title was transferred over to SRI Durga Residency in the recent years. As far as based on our bill, our meter USC NO :[protected]

                      Now the current owners who has individual meter of their own, were told to either pay the bill or place a dismantle request for some one who does not have a connection or association with the current owners. Also we don't have the meter or connection with USC #[protected] it currently shows that number was given to BANOTHU RAMULU in SURYAPET.

                      I have enclosed our building's service number from recent bill, the notice what we got from lineman and screenshot from TSPDCL Website where the number from notice is not with our plot, for your reference and rectification purpose

                      Can the respective officials do the due diligence and rectify the issue.

It’s been 2 months he took money from us oand he has not changed our name in bill and now he has stopped picking our calls and not responding. Please help us.                                     I have submitted a new washerman meter application a month ago and no response from the operater i have went to aske the reason they have told me to get the permission letter from GHMC. I went to GHMC they have told no need any permission and then i went to current office to confirm there is no permission needed and he told me hill issue a meter but no response past a week. I need this to solve ASAP please do something or take action on the current officer

                                      Respected sir /madam . iam G.arunjyothi stays in H.no 18-74 tellapur village, sangareddy dist 502032 . on 10.11.2021 i was given compliant to [protected]@tssouthernpower.com in email, that the authority was not transferring my mothers current meter to my name .

                                      in complaint i was mentioned, that my mother G.Kamalamma was died on 11.03.2021 .and i asked in the letter that, iam the legal heir of my mother, and transfer the current meters from my mothers name to my name .the authority said your property is an government given patta .and authority said you demolish or disconnect the current meters and apply for new current meters .and i asked in the letter, why i should demolish or disconnect the current meters and why i should take a new connection .because, my mother paid till march 2021, there was no due . and there after I paid the current bills

                                      please, accept my request sir /madam and take necessary action .and change my mother's current meter to my name.

                                        I am a customer of Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Ltd.
                                        I have paid last month electricity bill online. The amount got debited. But this month when I got the bill I got the arrears amount in the bill for last month payment as well.
                                        I have spoken to the payment app customer service they said the payment has been reached to you. Please check I have attached the payment details below.
