    We are getting electricity bill late as of we are getting more units on electricity then we are paying more money, we want our bill to get on 1st of every month .then we will get less units .please make our bill to generate on 1st of every month

        Two days back I made a online payment towards electricity bill. The money got deducted from bank account, but same is not being reflected in https://www.tssouthernpower.com/ website.
        Please look into this at the earliest.

        Hi we are facing regular power cuts during night in my area (86/2RT vijayanagar colony). Due to which my baby couldn't sleep properly at night through which his health is getting effected. I request to please take immediate actions.

          There is a large tree on my compound wall with branches all over on the electric service line. Due to recent rains, yesterday a large fell off the tree on the road. If these branches fall on electric lines, it is going to be very dangerous. Request the concerned authorities...

            Hello team,

            Today I have made payment for my bill via billdesk and my money got deducted but bill payment is not done.

            I got error after money got deducted.

            Later again I have paid bill via billdesk and this time again money got disconnected and transition is successful.

            When do I get my refund for my first transition with was money deducted and bill.not processed

            I am attaching my statement for the money I have paid, and also attaching my bill payment sucess stage.

              Dear Sir/Madam

              Please look into above subject every day we are living in horrible situation. Right now thunderstorm news in Hyderabad. Beside my house two poles allocated by TSSPDCL no issue for that let it be there but need to enhance the distance between roof and high tension cable as well as low tension cable from roof. When our family out of city. My neighbor's children's flying kites and goats roaming on roof it is dangerous to everyone. Kindly make a distance between Roof and High Tension as well as Low tension Cables.
              when ever rains cable falling down nobody look into this matter.

                Address: 2-117/9, 7 &8 part OU colony Shaikpet near OU colony park Durgamma temple. Our neighbours Sujatha and Sainath lives on left side of our house. Their main power supply electric wire from the pole is damaged and touching our house. I requested them to replace it with cable wire from the past 2 years, but they are not replacing it. I have registered the compliant many times but it is of no use. Even the government employees of electricity department are not taking any action. So please help me in this regards to prevent future accidents.

                  I am working employee residing at S R Nagar, I have to work from home, there is no electricity in my building since 3hrs straight.
                  I kindly request to look into this matter and provide electricity to my building i.e.H.no.30/A next to State bank of india sr Nagar.

                    My USC NO:[protected], i do not understand why the customers charges differ for the same bills with below 100 units and why there is discrepancy in the sur charges. When I received call from BN Reddy they say we charge for more than 100 units if the below is below 100 units. What the heck is this. Is this a new stunt by electricity department to loot public money?? I will go to consumer forum in case this issue is not taken on priority.

                            I paid my electricity bill of Rs.443/- (four hundred and forty three) for July 2021 to TSSPDCL. The amount of 446/- was deducted from my Credit Card and I even got a receipt from BillDesk vide Transaction Reference No. VHMP[protected] dated 8th July 2021 .

                            However, officials from TSSPDCL told me that the amount was not received at their end so the same was added to my next month's bill (August and again in September). Why should I pay again, when I have already paid the amount?

                            Request you to please verify at your end and arrange to refund the amount of Rs. 446/- to me immediately without putting me to further inconvenience.

                                  It is intimated that I am residing in C-11, CBI Residential Complex, Road No.46, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad -33. I have received this month bill ( August 2021) amounting to Rs.1225/- for 35 days ( 229 Units). Every I am paying Rs.750-800/- and no bills were pending. The bill operator is not visiting the residential complex timely and after 30 -35 he is billing. due to excess days, the slab goes to 201-300. The rate of electricity would in 3slab. This month I have to pay Rs.500/- more excess. who is responsible for his lapses and his replies is always you go electricity office at Road No.1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Kindly be look in to the matter for your consideration, like more staff members are receiving like my bill.
