Please look into above subject every day we are living in horrible situation. Right now thunderstorm news in Hyderabad. Beside my house two poles allocated by TSSPDCL no issue for that let it be there but need to enhance the distance between roof and high tension cable as well as low tension cable from roof. When our family out of city. My neighbor's children's flying kites and goats roaming on roof it is dangerous...

Their main power supply electric wire from the pole is damaged and touching our house. I requested them to replace it with cable wire from the past 2 years, but they are not replacing it. My USC NO:[protected], i do not understand why the customers charges differ for the same bills with below 100 units and why there is discrepancy in the sur charges. When I received call from BN Reddy they say we charge for more than 100 units if the below is below 100 units. What the heck is this. Is this a new stunt by electricity department to loot public money?? I will go to consumer forum in case this issue is not taken on priority....

Every time bill date is delayed more than 6 days. Due to this our slobs are changing and getting more bill.

My Unique Service Number is[protected]. I have mistakenly paid amount twice for the monthly bill of July 2021.

I paid my electricity bill of Rs.443/- (four hundred and forty three) for July 2021 to TSSPDCL. The amount of 446/- was deducted from my Credit Card and I even got a receipt from BillDesk vide Transaction Reference No. VHMP[protected] dated 8th July 2021 .

However, officials from TSSPDCL told me that the amount was not received at their end so the same was added to my next month's bill (August and again in September). Why should...

It is intimated that I am residing in C-11, CBI Residential Complex, Road No.46, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad -33. I have received this month bill ( August 2021) amounting to Rs.1225/- for 35 days ( 229 Units). Every I am paying Rs.750-800/- and no bills were pending. The bill operator is not visiting the residential complex timely and after 30 -35 he is billing. due to excess days, the slab goes to 201-300. The rate of electricity would in 3slab....

In the month of september 2021 i got bill of 2000 rs, as i am living alone.How can i get that bill....

Bill generated is way more than actual use. Its pattern I noted where for some months, bills is normal based on actual consumption, however suddenly bill rises. In rainy season where I am not using cooler or AC, I see abnormal spike in my bill.

My bill amout getting high for single family received 1689, regularly we get 500 only, . Today one of person from TSSPDCL Came and replace METER, without any information, later I met and asked him to show my old meter why he not informed to us while changing meter, he answered that that there is no rule to inform to change meter and unable to show me oldmeter and its reading which is change orginal one.i request team...

Electricity bill of Rs 10, 692 Received for a single room house for the month of August 2021, where as normal bill use to be in the range of Rs 200 to Rs300 for the past two years. I want the concerned authorities to look into this. Before the end of August month itself the meter is disconnected without any notice which is very strange. Now the the house is without any power since 30 Aug 2021.
This is just a harassment by the staff...
