    Hi,

    We live in a gated community and the line man has not generated the bill for our flat. Upon calling him (Raju) he stated he missed, its been over 5 days now and the units would have increased substantially leading to huge bills.

    8th was the date the bill should have been generated, i've been following up daily but they are not visiting to generate the bill. Please take action as this is being repeated!

      My house monthly electric bill has shown abnormal amount in the month of July 2021 for the first time. Since it is a very small portion and no high current appliances are there we can not imagine this. We can not afford such high bills. Bill of July 2021 is typically Rs11, 692/= as against a normal bill of Rs 250/=.
      Hence I request the concerned authorities to look into this immediately and rectify by replacing with a fault free meter.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        Myself R. Vamse Krishna (USC:[protected] received bill on 06.08.2021 for the units of[protected] with an amount of INR 694/- whereas the due date is 20.08.2021.
        In the similar manner only we are getting bill every month from past 2 years.

        However, another bill received on 11.08.2021 for the units of 248 units[protected] with inclusion of another 5 days with a amount of INR 1363/- which we felt unfair, as the billing timeline considered more than a month (from 07.07.2021 to 11.08.2021 instead of from 07.07.2021 to 06.08.2021), Also the bill has been kept on our Meter.

        This indicates the purposeful act of the concern who involves with this billing is willfully generated the bill to get high amount with the tactics.

        Today i am trying to pay the bill online which is showing as INR 1363/- which is an unfair towards customer.

        Please recheck and take appropriate actions on such willfull unfair things and consider the bill for exact one month period i.e.07.07.2021 to 06.08.2021

            This month I have received a huge amount of Rs.3970/- as bill. As stated by the billing official, it seems that the Meter is not working. There is no light in the meter due to which the boy was unable to view the meter reading.

            Kindly rectify the meter.

                Hello, I am a citizen of alwal and recently when the operator had come home for the issuing of electricity bill he told me that his machine was not able to scan properly and would come back with another machine to scan but had not returned until today . What do I do? Or how do I solve this issue .

                  Due negligence of Electricity bill collectors we have got high electricity charges. This month the bill generated for 33 days which is 202 units... In general they should come by month end. Because of these extra 3 or 2 days(31st days per month) we have got an extra bill of rupees 200+ .

                  For 200 or below units we would have got 820 to 850. Because of their negligence or electricity department talent we have got bill of rupees 1072 for units 202.

                  So can you please make sure the billing should be done by month end itself... Please do not cheat consumers by this cheap tactics...

                          Electric bill payment done on payzaap for amount 3159 on July 16 2021 but employees of electric person came and said that your bill not updated power will be removed so I paid amount on phone pay 3159
                          Recent I got bill in which amount not adjust bill came as amount 1269

                            My service number USC No.[protected] there is an electric pole one side of my house and other side is also private iron pole erected by neighbours due to this around 7 to 8 service wires are plying above from my house which is very dangerous while going upstairs all the cables touches to our children and adults.
                            In this regard i made so many requests to remove those wires but the department is not taking it as serious now once again I am requesting to remove those wires very urgently because this is rainy season we are very much afraid of that.
                            Near by some new pole erection is going on make my problem also solved.

                              On an average, I get 400 Rupees as my current bill but for the month of July, I got 5030 Rupees. this is very much unexpected.

                              Also, last month line man changed old meter with new meter.

                                We have lodged a compliant for replacement of defective meter vide compliant reference no CC[protected] DATED18/02/2021. The meter has been replaced with the new meter in the month of may 2021 as it is noticed by the department that meter is defective but till date the excess billing is not rectified. We have been visiting the bolarum electricity office for doing the needful but we are not getting any proper advise for doing the needful.
                                We request you to reverse the overbilling due to defective meter since
