Sc no[protected] from kondapur, there has been new meter fixed.
Only 88 units were consumed from new meter but 476 units have been billed resulting in power bill of 3362/-
Please look into it

Fuse burned on transformer. Problem is repeating couple times. Today again issue happen night. Complained at 8.30 pm but issue not resolved. Telling that sending persons but not coming. Please resolve issue permanently.

We have night shift office work from home. Water is also not there.
Please help....

Please take the correct reading. We paid last month 1268 bill due to covid they don't take regular reading. We will get average bill 200 only per month. Due to door lock reason he given wrong bill but door was opened Only. Last month closing reading 2950 and today 16/07/2021 reading is 3031. But we got Rs 653 Bill. I don't know why they taken reading like this. Please respond.

Bill payment for consumer number[protected] has been made twice for the month of July, 2021.. as on 16.07.2021. The amount paid is Rs. 1057/- . The same has been paid twice by mistake. One payment has been made through online mode via paytm application while the other payment has been made directly at the office. I would like to know and get a confirmation as to whether the extra amount paid shall be adjusted in the next month's bill or not. Kindly help me find a solution. I'm attaching the evidence for both the payments that were made for one bill.

I have paid power bill of rs.1404/- for the month of may 2021 payable in June 2021 on[protected] for USC no.[protected]/ service no.[protected], but the same amount i.e., 1404/- deducted again on the next day[protected] afternoon. I am herewith enclosing the documents i.e., bill paid receipt, amount deducted receipt again relating to this double deduction, I request to kindly take action for early return of my hard earned money i.e., Rs.1404

I would like to bring to your kind attention that we have been facing voltage fluctuations, phase loss causing damage to our domestic appliances like fridge, heaters, TV and other electrical items.

This complaint is from Shanti Ville Colony, Vampuguda, Kapra, Dist.Medchal. It has been a horrifying experience for the families living in the colony as the problem persists since more than 2 years. Inspite of several complaints the issue is still unresolved. Currently this problem is being attended on temporary basis by department electrician.
Kindly look into the problem and do the needful at the earliest.

Hi My Name is Ravi resident of Gayatri Nagar, Moulali, Hyderabad PIN 500040. applied to two electricity meters on 01/02/2021 and registration number : NR[protected] (PR Numb [protected], Transaction Number [protected]) but they have fixed only one electricity meter and not fixed another meter and simply rejected saying no wire is available. But then i went to office multiple times and requested and wrote letter more than 5 times but no response.

NOTE: If you come to my house u can check current wire is available long back from pole to my house only thing is to give connection

Can electricity department look into this matter and resolve the issue ASAP because its been months and no response
