From 8.30pm onwards[protected]power supply fromthepole stopped probably service wire disconnected.same thing happened almost a month back.on., complaint the lineman attended.but the problem arose again.Plese attend to the complaint at the earliest possible.My USCNo.is[protected]My house address is given below V.Kanakasundaram

We facing the problem of no power at home from 2 days. Have reached out regional lineman but no proper response from them, they are keep on delaying the issue with silly reasons. Please help and do the needful at the earliest.

Payment of Rs. 5, 166/- was made using Net Banking feature from the TSSPDC Online Electricity Bill Payment site on the 25th Jun 2021. The Payment is deducted from the bank but the Receipt not generated nor the payment is reflecting in the online payment history. Payment Confirmation Email also not received.

This june month i went to out of station for 5days and Swith off the Main
After return I checked meter reading its 40 Units consume . How can it be possible with out using single Bed light

I already complaint on this but no one came and rectify the issue

Power cut in my area is very awful.People here are spending sleepless nights due to power cuts which happens only during night times and which is limited to our area not sure what they are doing by making power cuts for every 10 mins.Please looking into this issue with priority.

This is to inform that there is a dry neem try opposite our residence. During rainy season, the tree branches may fall off on the electric lines which may turn out to be hazardous.Request to cut off the branches ASAP.

My flat, 10-2-289/62/201, Shantinagar, AC Guards, Hyderabad, 500028 having consumer name S.N.KRISHNA, Service no C 5002667, Unique Service no[protected] coming under ERO-9, AC Guards, has been unoccupied and is lying vacant since March 2020.
I was being billed Rs.175/= every month for the last 13 months, but this month (June 2021) I have been billed an amount of Rs.1159/= saying that the meter is defective and that the average monthly consumption would apply. The bill reader says that he is unable to read the meter as the glass is opaque and obscuring his vision. I find this to be a rather strange reason and I am not at Hyderabad to deal with the situation personally. There has been no consumption for over a year and therefore he may be concluding that the meter is at fault. Actually there is nothing wrong with the meter.
I request that this complaint be looked into and that I am billed only the minimum charge of Rs.175/= as before.

I am writing from Block No.39, (Shuttle Court back side) MIG 3rd phase, KPHB Colony. There is an urgent need to cut tree branches as they are hanging dangerously on the the power lines outside our home which will disrupt power supply if not cut now.
The issue has been brought to the notice of area A.E and Lineman (TSSPDCL) several times but no action has been taken.
Please do the needful.

Iam writing from zahid nagar street no 1, uppal, There is a need tree outside our home, its branches have started touching the electric wires on the pole which will disrupt power supply if not cut now.
We cant do this ourself as power needs to be shutdown before starting to cut that. Please assign this task to the concerned people....
