Respected Sir/Madam,

Date : 11/May/2021 to 09/June/2021

I received an inflated bill this month i.e. June 2021 and previous month i.e. May 2021. However, I have paid the bill last month, but this is certainly an issue caused after my meter was changed few months ago. Though, the billing amount is coming as per the readings in the meter, but the readings are too high given we have been using the same appliance for many months and my bill was never this high. Moreover, I have been told by the person who generates the bill copy at our door step, that an additional arrear of Rs. 2850.00 has been added for meter replacement which I never requested for. The previous meter was running fine and it was not stuck as well. One day, I was approached by the bill distributor/lineman stating that my meter had one wire burnt due to power fluctuation in the area and needs replacement, which will be free of cost. Now I see an added arrear. Request you look into the matter and fix the issue.

    My name is Mohammad Feroz Hussain, I am resident of H.No: 8-2-603/8/1, Singada Basti, Road No 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034

    This is to bring to your notice that we have been facing severe voltage fluctuation in our area from last 3 days Despite of repeated complaints, we do not see any development or action being taken.

    Please be informed that due to voltage fluctuation all the electronic goods are taking a beating. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and have this resolved.

      This is an on going issue with not following billing cycle. It seems billing isn’t followed at all in our area. They billed for 34 days this month which inflated the bill due to high negligence of officers. They always carry attitude and be rude to the consumers which is highly unacceptable. Have been trying to escalate the issue since a very long time but none of the attempts worked out. This is ridiculous how electricity board is not paying attention to lame behaviour of the officers. Hope, this request will be addressed ASAP before I reach out to consumer forum.

                we are two staying in the aprtment.The current bill for march 2021 was 652 and in the month of april 2021 was 633. suddenly it jumped to 1389 in the month of may and 1368 in the month of june. there is mistake in the reading of the current bill

                Complaint Details: Getting huge bill since last year 2019 November onwards. Also, got 3193 and 2600 rupees for the month of May and June. Earlier we were getting only 700 -800 rupees.

                We have already logged Complaint Reference No : CC[protected] and it was already 1 month crossed but no one has come and did not rectify the issue.

                Please help me out.

                  Hello Sir/Madam,

                  As there is work from home is going on due to this covid virus reasons there are many times frequent power cuts in my area tejaswi nagar colony, tejaswi nagar, attapur pincode 500048 .

                  And also if we contact the electricity department +[protected] they either keep their phone on DND or they will not response the calls if response also there is no specific answer when the power will restored as in this pandemic condition its really hard to secure our jobs here due to power outrages I might lose my job which I will inpact my financial condition think and look in the issue the issue going on since 5-6 months I tried to be patience but now my manager is not able to bear this many time powercuts cant happen and also its true in colony you guys are doing rural places like condition .

                      I would like to bring to your kind notice, the miserable condition caused due to the hanging of live wires in front of my house main gate, Our area is 3-78, Devuniguda, Jannaram, Mancherial, Telangana 504205. although we have made repeated complaints to the electricity officer (A.E) of jannaram at repeated intervals, yet they have paid a deaf ear to our complaints. these wires have been causing havoc, among my family, and others who are dispersed though that main gate and it has been a persistent issue for long now.
                      we would, thereby, like to call "for your immediate attention to the said problem without any further delay.

                        Three phase Electrical meter burnt out thrice in a year

                        The three phase Electrical meter in our unit has burnt down thrice in the last one year and we've been made to pay 2850 each time to replace with new meter even when it isn't our fault it's burning out. There are regular voltage fluctuations in the Balanagar area and this could be a reason or the meters you'll are providing are of poor quality.                             I'm writing this complaint to draw your attention on the serious issue. From past few months even if they use large appliances like heater, grinder, cooler motor n iron, the present n previous readings is same. Earlier they used to get a reasonable charges later they did something wrong with the meter.from that point to today they are paying only 50 rupees.i was in shock to know this but this is a matter of concern. This problem is with 2 meters. I kindly request to send someone to inspect the meters .

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    The electric pole near the below address is starting leaning on the roads as it has a bend and the trees on the road is leaning on the wires and holding the pole. I would request authorities to take some action as a precautionary measure before it completely breaks and create a problems to residents. It looks scary and risky to walk on that street.
                                    It might become worse in the rainy season if its been not taken care now.
