This is an on going issue with not following billing cycle. It seems billing isn’t followed at all in our area. They billed for 34 days this month which inflated the bill due to high negligence of officers. They always carry attitude and be rude to the consumers which is highly unacceptable. Have been trying to escalate the issue since a very long time but none of the attempts worked out. This is ridiculous how electricity board is not...
