I kindly bring this your notice that the peerzadiguda section line man Malla Reddy and Assistant line man syed Azeemuddin (Pasha) had denied meter connection for document.no.20500/2018 of vanguri sairam in may 2020 for 65 sq.yard plot, but later after sometime the lineman and assistant lineman issued domestic meter connection service number USC[protected] to FARZANA on 07/08/2020 on a wrong document.no.2847/2019 for open plot 159 sq.yards with wrong Row house number 17-124/A open land/339 on the plot belonging to vanguri sairam, the house number itself mentions open land then how can the line man issued Domestic meter for open plot, the meter issued to one farzana was kept secretly hidden for 7 months without connections this will come out in investigation of meter reading, later as the first document holder of 2018 Vanguri sairam sold his 65 sq.yards plot/house to one shaik saidabi through Registered sale deed document.no.741/2021 on 08-Jan-2021, later Shaik saidabi applied for new meter connection with H.no.17-81/7, street.no.23, vishnupuri colony, peerzadiguda but her meter connection NR[protected] was kept pending for 6 days by the line man mallareddy and on 7th day Suddenly the secretly hidden meter of 6 months of Farzana is installed over night into the premises of shaik saidabi without her knowledge inside locked gates by the Assistant lineman syed Azeemuddin, this a clear trespass by the assistant lineman favouring the wrong document holder of 2019 Farzana, this was well pre-planned game of 6 months in which the assistant lineman syed Azeemuddin pasha and lineman mallareddy is directly involved in this Graft, when the lineman mallareddy was askhed about this wrong doing activities he boldly replied that he don’t check the document he only sees the pole distance for connection of new meter, he says he can give meter to anyone for any documents, now finally the lineman mallareddy has boldly rejected the meter connection NR[protected] of saidabi to save himself from graft giving reason that the as Already existing meter in same premises, which was fixed by him/assistant lineman overnight, the secretly hidden meter USC[protected] for 6 months meter reading/payments should be investigated and an enquiry should be conduted with the neighbouring houses as who constructed house on 65 sq.yard all the material suppliers and labours who constructed the house should be questioned as this is a very serious issue, and action should be taken on the lineman/assistant line for their direct involvement
Points to be noted-:
1)meter USC[protected] applied on 07/08/2020, but fitted into the premises of other person on locked house locked gates by Assistant lineman syed Azeemuddin (Pasha) overnight
2)meter USC[protected] documents created in 2019, plot size 159 sq.yard open land, domestic meter issued on open plot
3)new meter connection NR[protected] link documents of 2018 for 65 sq.yard plot/house Rejected by line,
4) meter USC[protected] secretly fitted into the house which is constructed by someone else

Yesterday night electricity people unknowingly they have disconnected our connection on pole while they were working on main pole. Uni 2-20-137 chilkanagar uppal khalasa

A complaint was raised on[protected] regarding category change from non - domestic to domestic as my residential house has been billing as commercial since 4 months.. Complaint no : CC[protected]. No response till now. I emailed their customer service, called them but no use. Please help to resolve this as the bills are exorbitant and unable to bare for middle class people like us

Request to resolve our query as soon as possible as facing lot of issues at shaheen nagar area because of Power cut since more than half a month

It is a shame on your corporation for wasting public money on incompetent staff. I havent experienced such incompetent staff in 50 years of my lifetime. T S Babu [protected]. I request you to move the electicity wires between poles to some distance so that it may not effect any customers.

I am Md.Asadullah residing in brindavan colony gate 2 tolichowki.Recently our house had a short circuit in MCB.Due to this the current stopped coming to our house.I complained to tsspdcl office to A.E Mr Jaffar about this problem.I also have given complaint and it is registered but they have not still attended the issue.The complaint was given on[protected].complaint no is 539.

Kombattula Lakshmi Dhar ( Ph:[protected] running Bobby center at KPHB 3rd phase. He is consuming high volume eletricity. Near Venkateswara Temple Bust stop. He has been thefting electricity from public poll. Because of his theft, we have electricity flexivation

We are experiencing low voltage and flacutuating voltage issue since 10 days which resulted in loss of 2 leds and 1 water heater. This issue can be noted in Sri Rams Ganga, Plot No 202 & 203, Raghavendra Colony, Kondapur.

I faced problems with electricity in my area and I live in 4-1-307, when I contacted 1912 tthey forwarded my complaint but after even 1 and a half hour there wasn’t any info about the problem and when I somehow managed to get the ADE Mr.Sainath Kumar’s number, he says I’ve disturbed him which was very rude as they’re being paid for solving consumer problems and even now when I’m facing problems with electricity officer on duty Mr.Naseer was reluctant and irresponsible to solve my problem . The ADE of my area Mr.Lakshminath seems to responsible towards his duty but there are a lot of lapsed in TSSPDCL, kindly look into the lapses and solve consumer problems for the money that is being paid as maintenance and electricity charges

I have been wrongly charged for my recent bill of November 2020.

The bill amount is Rs 2608, but the bill shows I have arrears amount of Rs. 3488 which is unpaid from last month. so in total - i need to pay Rs. 6096.

But on 27th November 2020, I have paid my previous bill of Rs. 3488 - online,

So rightfully, I should only pay my current moth bill amount that is Rs. 2608.

I am attaching my receipt of last month's bill payment and this month's bill copy. Please resolve this issue immediately.

A spark occurred at around 12pm and then after there is no power in our home .We waited for few hours hoping issue is solved but still there is no power.
