As due to lock down from, there was no meter reading taking for 3 months then one day their person came and told us to pay bill which was 3500/- else we will cut the electricity, then i asked where is the bill? They told us you pay now what every 3 months reading will be there we will deduct it from the paid amount, even though i paid the amount half, i got additional bills which we are not using! This is not only me every person in telengana is getting the huge and manipulated bills which the state govt is responsible! I request you to stop putting over manipulated electric bills to public!
You can manipulate the rich people., we are depended on salaries, since the state govt was not giving full salaries to its employees it's difficult to pay the bills

    Address: TSSPDCL paradise secunderabad.Telangana

    Since last two months we have been getting a bill showing an exorbitant amount of rs 3526 +rs 3526 each for the month june and july. The units in both the months have been by default entered as 494 with no proper reading taken. We have never gotten a bill this high. I donot understand on what basis was this number/ units taken. Our average consumption o[censored]nits is mostly below 200 units. Even during peak summers we donot get 500 units. So i am suprised to see 500 units for the month of june and july. We have complained many times at the board and also to the person who visits to take the reading. But the people working in this department are extremely rude. And absolutely not helping. They do not explain how to get this rectified. When asked what to do next they just reply that nothing can be done which is not a proper solution to address a consumer issue. We would like the department to please cross check and reminbursed the additional amount in the coming bill. Attaching image of the bills.

      So with reference to above service march to may bill no 0220, ero no 014, dated 4/6/2020 showing total due as rs (-1237). June month bill vide no 0199, ero no 014, dated 3/7/2020 issued for rs 77/- without adjusting previos month bill amount of (-1237)/-
      Hence bringing to ur kind perusal.

      Hello good morning my self neradi ananthamma iam from hyderabad himayath nagar st no 10. Last month we got a power bill but the problem is meter reading and your bill inspector visited our house and he given a bill with out cheaking our meter reading. He added last 2 month meter reading which we paid and that was closed but again he added same reading number in our last month bill too, when we ask him he told me if its happen next time will change the meter. My complain is why he added old reading in this month its approx (1700) rs but every month we got (450) rs only. Clear our issue aspa

          I have paid electricity bill of month march and april 2020 on time but for month of may bill i got combined bill of march + april + may. And again for month of june bill i got combined amount of march + april + may + june.
          It's frustrating.
          Can you please resolve the bill amount for july bill.

              Request your kind office not toncut the power from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm reasonnbeing the schools are taking online classes and for which the students who are doing online virtual studies are facing hardship.

                  Irregularities in staff, and using foul language when contacted

                  I went to tsspdcl office in uppal as my house meter got burnt. I went around 12:30 with required documents and waited till 2:30. They said it was their lunch time. When asked how long are they having lunch they started to threaten me and said get lost. I tried contacting pio and apio and they're not attending the calls....

                  Incorrect bill was charged for the month of may and until now it’s not rectified - one person came to check and said would be corrected but nothing progressed and now we have not received the bill for june yet.

                    exorbitant power bill

                    We have received exorbitant power bill for 3 month april-june compared to any other previous years. Never we have consumed 4195 units (Excluding export of 116 units) in 3 months in summer, there were only 3 adults in the house, and we have received bill of rs.34, 765.

                    I have paid my electricity bill (TSSPDCL - USC:[protected] for the month of March (₹641), April (₹216), May (₹544), the amount which Paytm was displaying during lockdown. Usually I would get a bill of ₹500-₹600 every month. I didn't receive any bills in hand by TSSPDCL for these months. So I believed that the amount shown on Paytm was the actual amount and have paid it. But in June, I received an electricity bill from TSSPDCL which includes the bill for the same months, 4/Mar/2020 to 4/Jun/2020, an amount of Rs.1493. This should have been taken care by the TSSPDCL by adjusting the amount paid and crediting back the amount paid. I want refund for this amount (either a total of ₹1401 paid during lockdown or ₹1493, the actual amount in the recieved bill)

                      Az079408 this service number is billed wrongly with 2439.00 amount for the month of june 2020. The units are 439 which is wrongly captured from previous bill from may2020. We have never received the amount o[censored]nits before. And the people at alwal current office are not responding properly also. The meter man rajinikar his mobile number - [protected] told he will explain to the officials but he is also not responding now. Please help me in this regards. Thank you.

                        1. I have received electricity bill with wrong allocation of category of slab. Units consumed were 182 units for which slab was supposed to domestic category 1b (I) which is upto 200 units but july bill was taken under category 1b (Ii) which consumes more than 200 units. When we questioned about this, we got a response that a consumer who consumed more than 200 units in any one previous month will be considered in category...

                          Pl observe the above usc numbered bill, on 04/06/2020 issued the bill after adjustment of previous paid amount, net amount credi is -457.00 (I. E excess amnt paid in may2020. Thatswhy negative due.). Now on 03/07/2020 bill issued for rs206/-. Without adjusting the previous bill amnt -457.00. Please look into the matter and adjust the credited amount.

                            Hello TSSPDCL team,

                            Usc#:[protected]
                            We have consumed 192 units for June and bill was generated today. However, unit charge was at wrong rate, we have been put under Category 1 B(2), where we should come under 1 B(1) slab as we have consumed less than 200 units this month.

                            Bill generated with 1 B(2) slab rates, and we have got high amount bill. Can you please look into this and provide the update.
