Frequent power cuts in beeramguda happens, day and night, anytime and every time.
Literally torturing people of beeramguda. People working from home are suffering. People unable to sleep entire night due to power cuts, pathetic to kids and elderly people. There is no schedule, they will cut the power anytime and every time. Horrible and don’t know how long this happens.

    We are experiencing alternate power off and on since 1 month which resulted in loss of some electronic devices in my house. This issue can be noted in 14c, ligh, near bk guda municipal park sr nagar hyderabad 500038. This is happening in many house surrounded to me

    The concerned staff are not answering the calls to take the complaint and are just delaying to address the issue.

    Requesting your team to look into this issue asap.

      We are experiencing low voltage and fluctuating voltage issue since 1 month which resulted in loss of many electronic devices in my house & others aswell. This issue can be noted in c3-173, huda colony, chanda nagar, hyderabad-500050. This is happening in many house surrounded to me

      The issue was addressed to area electric staff. Sadly the executives are not responsive and are just delaying to address the issue.

        Electricity bill is being generated based on same month last year's billing. We were not living last year at this address. Our average bill is rs. 900/- per month whereas we have got rs. 3000+ last month and this month we have got bill of rs. 4000+
        You are requested to send your electricity meter reading person and adjust our extra payment based on actual readings.

          Demand to remit rs 4249 for the above connection is being sent from the board. It is totally wrong claim. The premises here this metre supply is fixed that portion is under lock and d key for the last two months. This is a single bedroom portion. The house people have the bills already paid, with them, they are in chennai tamil nadu presently due to carona virus they are not able to come to hyderabad and clarify. Mean time you check up the earlier bills paid. There cannot be such huge amount at all.

            I have done the payment for my electricity bill from billpay hdfc. I got the confirmation of successful payment to tsspdcl of inr 2158 via email and text message. But when i am checking the website it is still showing me due for today. Tried reaching the helping number but its coming to wrong number dialled. Need assistance on this to prevent double payment for the same.

              We have received abnormal electricity bill for the month of March and April which 10 times higher than our normal electricity bill

              March and April bill together is Rs.2099. But our usual electricity bill for each month never crosses Rs. 160
              Request you to look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest

                  Wrong Bill. I switched to Solar Metering last summer and I get a bill of average 193 Rupees, BUT I received a wrong Bill of 7603 Rupees for April-May. Which is totally wrong. Please help. I invested as per government to Solar and now they are billing me wrong. I cannot pay this amount.

                    I am a new resident to my present house. It has been only 11 months since we shifted. As there is lockdown due to covid19 electricity bill collector is not allowed to check the reading so govt has declared to pay the bill of last year's same month i. E., may month bill. But in the last year construction is itself not completed and as a result service number is not allotted. But still we got a current bill high. So i request you to reduce the bill for which we didn't consume.

                      I have got an inflated bill of 7000, rs for april-may, i had switched to solar metering, last year around the same time, and my bill on average should be less than 200 rupees.
                      As per their own laws, a new solar meter should have got minimal payment, but the bill has been given on an inflated old meter, which was taken away by the electricity board last year.
                      They billing folks could have taken last three months billing average, since the meter change happened.
                      Please i request my bill to be corrected.

                        My current bill got generated more in month of April and may,
                        Eventhough I pay bill previous month, I thought current department adjustment my payment, but this they added both Apr and March bills and generated new bill which is against unit consumed in that month

                          So please check once again and share the correct bill to pay.

                            Hi, i am resident of 11-41, majeed pur road, medchal lake road opposite to medchal check post, medchal district, hyderabad - pin : 501401
                            My electricity bill : sc. No.[protected] and usc :[protected].
                            My electricity bill use to come around 250 to 270 always but since 2 months i got electricity bill for the month of march is rupees 1554 and for month of april i got bill of rupees 1116. I am surprised how one can randomly send electricity bill with out checking the meter? I have checked my meter and the reading is usual like 80 kwh. I have to get bill around rupees 270 but to my surprise it's showing rupees 2670 for 2 months. Which is not at all acceptable and i request concerned department officials to look in to the matter and resolve it soon. I submit i have no pending bills till february 2020. Kindly always send correct electricity bill and don't put burden on common people by sending huge wrong bills.

                            As per TSERC orders issued dt: 04/05/20 the provisional bill for LT category I(domestic) for May/2020 month is generated equivalent to the units billed in May/ 2019 billed month. After lifting of lock down the meter reading will be taken and bill will be revised accordingly. Any excess amount will be adjusted to future bills or less will be collected

                            .It is to inform you, that all individual provisional bills are issued as per the TSERC orders only & as per their respective category .No individual billing revisions are done . .

                            *You are kindly requested to pay the bill amount as displayed against your service number in web portal to avoid surcharge, if any and cooperate with the Electricity Department*.

                            received the current bill on[protected].i was very much shocked after verifying the bill.
                            In that bill it is mentioned that the previous reading is 568 and present reading is 1134.
                            The billing units are charged for 1134 insteed of 1134-568=566 units and meter status is mentioned as 04
                            our meter is anew meter which was changed 6 months back only.and todays reading is also displayed in the meter as 1148 units.the billing was calculated for 1134 units and bill amount was Rs7457.04/-
                            This causes very burden to me for payment .
                            hence i request you to pls consider this and solve my problem.

                            As per yur circular above, my May 2019 electricity charges were 2660. You should have charged the same amount for May 2020 also. But the amount for May-June bill is Rs. 29085. How is this possible. This is true for all the consumers in Lanco hills residential towers. Should we ask the court to resolve this issue?

                              Hello sir/madam,

                              I am experiencing power outage for last 2 days and no lineman is responding to my calls and at least trying to fix the issue. I verified that i am not getting power from the pole from local electrician. I called 3 lineman and nobody is willing to come and fix this as this is a single user with power outage.

                                This is to bring to your notice that in the month of october 2019 many transformers were stolen in rampur village kotpalli mandal vikarabad dist, complaint was given in the nearest police station, police registered case and submitted the same to assistant engineer peddemul division few people got new transformers but my father b lal reddy visited many times to concerned office but officers denied issuing new one, i hereby request you to consider this and issue new transformer so that we will fix it and continue farming, coming days will be difficult as rainy season is near it will very hard to fix during rainy season. Attaching the complaint copy for your reference. Please do the needful.

                                    For the month of may 2020 i have received electricity bill amount in online portal as 7474/- which is too high. We basically get it around 400/- amount every month.

                                    We have received high electricity bill for the month of april 2020, the unique service number[protected] with bill of rs - 1155. As we are not at the residence since 20 march 2020. Which is locked to my home and electricity power is not used a single unit, and how come such high amount online bill is generated, i request u to look into this as soon as possible since the due date is 21/5/2020. Due to lockdown we haven't received any bill at my residence this is an online bill, for your reference you can visit and check the meter reading. Kindly take an action and let us known at earlier as possible for easy clearance

                                      I have received my electricity bill message on mobile for due to be laid on may 7th with due amount 2517, which completely too high basis my usuage as we only use fridge and fans that too based on need. For april month also the bill amount was high and i paid blindly as there was no bill physical copy with usage details due to covid 19 lock down.

                                      Kindly check and correct my apr and may bill.
